We went on a Salt Lake shopping trip with all of Andreas best friends and their wives. Jonny, Andressa, Joey, Kim, Cam, Jamie and all the babies. It was tons of fun. We went to Barbacoa to eat lunch and then R.E.I and Nordstrom Rack. Andreas and I have a serious shopping addiction. Yikes!
So then we all came home and we were going to meet up again at Cam and Jamies. We dropped Jonny off at his car and Cam and Jamie werent home yet so we decided to go get me a smoothie down the road and come back. So I get a rasberry smoothie and for some reason a green tea too. I get in the car and didnt have the cup holder secure and andreas backed out of the parking space and the green tea spilled all over me. It was the most painful thing (besides that whole skin problem epidemic a couple months ago) It was just scorching, I jumped out of the car and was running around. I said I bad word that I never ever say. It sucked way bad. I hated it. So I kind of get over it, stills burns and my pants were soaking wet while we are driving back up to cam and jamie's but I could deal with it. We get up to their house, andreas has to go inside and get a coupon on their desk so he tells me to come check and see if I have burns on my legs. So the car is running and I shut the door and we realize that the car was locked for some reason and Sadie is locked in. So I go inside while Andreas brainstorms. He called Joey to come up and pick our car. So joey comes up, all dressed up in his picking gear. Black robber beanie, black gloves, etc. :) Sadie was fine, just playing with her smoothie straw and all of a sudden got so sad. Joey wasn't able to pick the lock so we had to call the cops to come open it. Sadie was freaking out, it was so sad. She kept saying Mama, Mama and just shaking with fear. She knew something was going on. Finally we got in, and it was such a relief. So by the end of the night I had scalding hot tea on my crotch, locked the baby in the car and had enough action for the day. Sadie is going to sleep all day from all the stuff that went on yesterday. I love sundays for that reason.

I'm so sorry that, that hour was hell! We had fun the rest of the time though. Even though at dinner you were dying. Next time we need to go up without the hubbies and make them watch the kids. Well thanks for inviting us we had a blast. I hope your burns get better.
"i said a bad word that i never say." Your funny. Although I remember when I worked at Nordstrom Cafe and that water we used for the tea was scorching hot!! And poor Sadie...that would make me feel so sad too. Glad your all ok though...sounds like an eventfull day.

We had fun with you guys! Sorry Joey's lock picking didn't work. At least the cops were able to come get her out. Sounds like everything just kept going wrong. At least that's all over now. we love you guys!
What an intense day! Dennen has locked the keys in our car multiple times... Unfortunately, in Logan the cops won't unlock your car anymore. We have to call a lock-smith every time, and it costs $40. I'm glad we don't have kids yet, or they would have probably been locked in our car numerous times. Hope the burns get better soon as well.

Wow. What a mess. I didn't hear all of that. You should have called your old man when you locked your keys in the car. I have a "slim jim" and can open just about everything. Glad to hear it turned out ok, though!
